CHOOSING YOUR LOOK

With decades of experience, our team of professional designers will help you create jewelry that is both beautiful and fits your price point. We’ll walk you through the entire design process and cut down unnecessary trial and error which saves both time and money. Bring us your idea and we’ll make it happen.

CAD DESIGN

So now that you’ve decided on the perfect look for your piece, its time to send your rough design to our CAD department where our technicians will make a virtual model that is so precise that it can be designed to fit the different parameters of multiple stones, varying types of metal and can even be scaled for multiple sizes.

CAD FILE PRINTING

This is the final step before your design gets casted into the metal of your choice. As soon as you approve the 3D design from the previous step, we’ll have it built via our state of the art Solidscape printing system. Ordering long distance? No problem, we’ll either mail it to you or send some pics so you can approve it that way.

MOLD MAKING

In the event that you already have a model of your piece or plan to use our CAD model for multiple items, we’ll create a rubber mold that can be used time and again to create models via wax injection. In commercial jewelry production, high quality molds are the key to minimizing long finishing times after casting.

CASTING THE JEWELRY

This step is the crux of any jewelry production process. It doesn’t matter how good your models or molds are if the person doing the casting doesn’t know what they are doing. It takes years to perfect this craft, but when the casted piece is made by a true artisan, your jewelry will look amazing every time.

LASER ENGRAVING

After your piece is finished and the stones are set, there is no better way to make is personal than to have it laser engraved. Using one of the most sophisticated and precise engraving lasers on the market, we can make most any design or text come to life on your jewelry. We can even engrave on metal, leather, wood or other materials.
